Job summary

enGen seeks a technical and strategic leader to serve as the Enterprise Data Protection program’s director. This role directs data security, DLP, data classification and activity monitoring across the organization, setting vision, architecture, and execution strategy for data protection services.

The candidate partners with security, cloud, privacy, legal and business teams to protect sensitive information while enabling organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems, Information Assurance, Computer Science or related field
• 6 years of relevant experience substituting for a Bachelor's Degree
• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field preferred
• 7–10 years in Information Security and/or Information Risk Management and/or IT
• Experience leading data protection strategies and roadmaps

Responsibilities

• Lead data protection program maturity and strategy
• Oversee data loss prevention, encryption and key management
• Translate technical concepts into business risk and executive decisions
• Partner with security, cloud, infrastructure, privacy, legal and business teams
