Medica is seeking a Director of Compensation to lead enterprise job architecture, compensation strategy, and governance. The role partners with HR, Finance, Legal, and leaders to translate market data into practical recommendations that support business and talent objectives.

The position requires 10 years in compensation, leadership experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. The onsite role in Minnetonka offers a comprehensive total rewards package and opportunities for process

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
10 years of progressive compensation or total rewards experience, including job architecture and salary structures, executive compensation, and leadership of teams.

Responsibilities

Design and govern enterprise job architecture and compensation structures.
Lead executive and board compensation strategy, benchmarking, and governance.
Advise business leaders on compensation strategy, offers, promotions, and pay actions.
Standardize processes, improve data quality, and implement automation for compensation workflows.
Oversee annual compensation programs, market pricing, and pay equity monitoring.
