Partnering with clinical, business, and IT leaders, you will deliver integrated technology that drives clinical quality, patient safety, and operational excellence, ensuring investments align with strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 9+ years in healthcare apps leadership; 5+ years in management.
• Experience translating clinical needs into technology strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong governance, vendor, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT leadership to align the application portfolio with hospital goals.
• Direct strategy, implementation, optimization, and support of EHR and clinical apps.
• Partner across IT portfolios for integrated delivery and manage EHR integrations.
• Lead design and implementation of core enterprise clinical applications with clear ownership.
• Assess portfolio to standardize, reduce cost, and mitigate risk; align with HIPAA.
