Bryan Health in Lincoln, NE seeks a Health IT program leader responsible for planning, development, implementation, and ongoing use of health care information systems to support clinical quality and efficient patient care.

The role collaborates with leadership, physicians, and frontline staff to meet government, payer, and quality performance measures, and to train users on new systems and processes, ensuring successful adoption and ongoing improvements.

  • Collaborates to select and evaluate the organization's ability to meet clinical and quality performance measures.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors processes to meet clinical, operational, governmental performance measures and value-based programs.
  • Trains clinical users on features and use of clinical systems, designs training plans and materials, and trains end users for system transitions.
  • Coordinates design and generates reports communicating the impact of clinical systems, quality of care, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborates in the selection of and evaluation of the organization's ability to meet selected clinical and quality performance measures/objectives.
  • Develops, implements, and monitors the ongoing process of meeting clinical, operational, and governmental performance measures/objectives and value-based programs.
  • Provides training and on-going education of clinical users on features, operation, and usage of clinical systems. Selects appropriate training methodology, develops training plan, designs training materials, and trains end users to support the transition into new systems and processes for clinical staff and physicians.
