Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields; or equivalent (4 years) relevant experience may be accepted in place of a bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience leading Healthcare Applications projects/strategies, including roles in healthcare, clinical informatics, or strategic/business consulting.
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in an informatics role, including application implementation, support, and maintenance.
• Strong ability to manage a portfolio of initiatives with deep understanding of network business and clinical objectives.
• Experience leading large teams and managing staff effectively.
• Ability to translate clinical and business needs into technology solutions.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure the application portfolio and execution strategies align with HMH's goals.
• Direct strategy, build, implementation, optimization, and support of the EHR and clinical applications across the network.
• Partner across IT portfolios to ensure seamless, integrated application delivery and manage complex EHR integration points.
• Lead stakeholders through the analysis, selection, design, and implementation of core enterprise clinical applications.
• Continuously assess the technical portfolio to identify opportunities for system consolidation and cost/risk management.
• Translate the needs of clinical and business stakeholders into technology solutions that maximize patient and operational outcomes.
• Manage secure data integration and access strategies for external partners and non-clinical groups.
• Mentor managers and staff on clinical IT standards and methodologies, fostering accountability and service quality.
• Manage vendor contracts and operating and capital budgets to optimize resource allocation and ROI.
• Serve as primary escalation point for project managers and leads to resolve complex issues.
• Plan for projects over one- to three-year horizons, developing a roadmap for future success.
• Ensure compliance with State DOH, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and organizational policies on patient privacy.
