Job summary

Eversight is seeking a Director of Clinical & Donation Partnerships to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Clinical Partner Relations department in Ann Arbor, MI. The role focuses on expanding donor access, improving collaboration, and driving organizational growth through strong partnerships with OPOs, eye banks, hospitals, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field preferred.
• Seven or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, including leadership of external partnerships, operations, business development, or organ/tissue donation programs, with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience working directly with Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), eye banks, tissue banks, hospitals, or other organizations within the organ and tissue donation system is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and cultivate partnerships with OPOs, eye banks, healthcare organizations, and other organizations in the donation community.
• Operational Partnership Leadership: Serve as operational relationship leader for OPOs and recovery partners, monitor performance, coordinate initiatives, resolve issues.
• Organizational Improvement: Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve donor access and partner performance across the system.
• Develop departmental budgets, priorities, goals, KPIs, and performance expectations.
• Represent Eversight with external partners and industry groups as appropriate.
