Mid-America Transplant seeks a Director, Family Support to provide strategic leadership for the authorization program, partnering with Family Support leaders, Educators, and staff responsible for donation authorization. The role establishes policies, procedures and structures that maximize opportunities while ensuring compassionate donor family interactions across hospital partners.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Crisis Management, HR, Healthcare Admin or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience leading a team.
• Prior leadership experience in healthcare, transplant center, or organ/tissue org preferred.
• Ability to travel throughout service area on short notice.

• Develop strategies to enhance authorization and donor family satisfaction.
• Lead performance improvement and standard work across the department.
• Leverage technology, LEAN and AI to improve donor family experience.
• Ensure accountability for plan implementation and change initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs related to authorization and report results.
