Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or healthcare-related field.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in clinical or healthcare operations.
• Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (AATB, FDA, OSHA, CMS).
• Proven ability to lead teams in high-acuity clinical environments.
• Strategic thinker with budgetary oversight experience.
• Skilled communicator with executive presence in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: set departmental direction aligned with goals and lead executive collaborations.
• Operational Management: oversee daily operations, budgets, policies and quality.
• Talent & Culture Development: mentor leaders and plan workforce needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: represent department in executive and board discussions.
• Regional Operational Oversight: manage region-wide donation operations and metrics.
• Additional Responsibilities: support 24/7 readiness and training compliance.
