Job summary

Eversight, Inc. is seeking a Director of Clinical & Donation Partnerships in Ann Arbor to lead the Clinical Partner Relations department.

You will drive strategic relationships with OPOs, eye banks, hospitals, and other donation partners to expand donor access and improve collaboration across the organization. You will oversee hospital services, postmortem programs, and cross-functional teams, setting KPIs, budgets, and improvement initiatives in partnership with the COO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years in healthcare leadership with external partnerships or organ/tissue programs.
• Experience with OPOs, eye banks, hospitals, or related donation network is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate strategic partnerships with OPOs, eye banks, hospitals and other donation partners.
• Lead operational relationship management across Clinical Relations, Recovery and Donation Support teams.
• Set departmental priorities, budgets, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across the donation system.
• Represent Eversight with external partners and professional organizations.
