The director will oversee data storage, information delivery, and analytics platforms, translating complex data into clear insights for executives.

The role advances self-service analytics and data architecture while aligning analytics priorities with industry trends. Remote US-based, visa sponsorship not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 4 years relevant education/experience.
• 8 years of data and analytics experience in financial services.
• 3 years of leadership building high‑performing teams.
• Strong business acumen for measuring outcomes and industry practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies in project management.
• Ability to conduct large-scale data analysis for decision-making.
• Storytelling with data for executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and operational data storage and analytics responsibilities.
• Oversee information and analytics platforms for key stakeholders.
• Manage end-to-end information management and delivery.
