Nordic Consulting Partners, Inc. is seeking a Director of Analytics and Reporting to serve as the strategic thought leader for analytics initiatives across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in an IT managed services organization including leadership/solution architecture roles; Global IT Managed Services delivery.
• 8 years of experience with managed services platforms including defining reporting requirements and metrics; improving delivery processes.
• 7 years designing operational metrics, dashboards and reporting frameworks using IT managed services tools.
• 5 years aligning data strategy with business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead analytics and reporting strategy for analytics and reporting practice areas.
• Coordinate reporting and analytics design for large-scale projects and promote standardization within the enterprise.
• Stay current with leading-edge technologies and evaluate their use in the enterprise.
• Develop and sustain partner relationships to enable a responsive, end-user-focused culture.
• Plan, coordinate and occasionally lead cross-functional projects related to analytics and reporting.
