You will lead the Application Engineering organization, align with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, and drive strategic initiatives across fiber networks. The role demands strong leadership, deep FTTx knowledge, and travel up to 50% to engage with customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience leading and managing Application Engineering teams.
• Strong FTTx product knowledge required; Clearfield product knowledge preferred.
• CFOT certification preferred.
• Technical product expertise to guide stakeholders.
• Industry knowledge of market trends and regulatory environment.
• Negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Application Engineering organization: set vision, strategy, priorities, and operating model.
• Provide leadership on FTTH, FTTx, OSP, MDU/MTU, data center, wireless fiber applications.
• Translate emerging fiber technologies into Clearfield applications and revenue opportunities.
• Develop repeatable technical sales tools, guides, and architectures.
• Drive customer engagement from discovery to deployment and ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
