Job summary

AMSYS Innovative Solutions seeks a Director of Fiber Engineering & Business Development to drive growth in our Fiber Engineering and Telecom Infrastructure practice. This leader combines telecom engineering expertise with business development and client relationship management to expand AMSYS' presence with telecom carriers, utilities, and infrastructure owners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications, fiber infrastructure, engineering, construction, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of fiber engineering, OSP/ISP design, FTTH/FTTx, telecom infrastructure, and network deployment.
• Proven track record of business development, client acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Existing industry relationships strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for AMSYS' Fiber Engineering and Telecom Infrastructure business.
• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with telecom carriers, broadband providers, utilities, contractors, engineering firms, and infrastructure owners.
• Lead the sales process from prospecting and proposal development through contract award.
• Expand existing customer relationships and identify new service opportunities.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to develop solutions and deliver successful projects.
• Represent AMSYS at customer meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
