Job summary

Partners in Digital Health is seeking a Director, Medical Value & Enablement to act as a highly autonomous strategic advisor within US Medical Affairs. You will frame complex challenges, develop executive-ready strategies, and drive value realization from concept to measurable impact across MSTs, Disease Clusters, and COEs.

The role requires leading cross-functional transformations, shaping operating models, and guiding stakeholder adoption while leveraging AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or life sciences or healthcare; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years cross-enterprise experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare in strategy, transformation, or capability leadership.
• Advanced AI fluency through certification, applied experience, or AI-enabled solutions.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional transformation from opportunity identification to value realization.
• Strong strategic-design capability including operating models, roadmaps, change strategies, and value-measurement frameworks.
• Advanced ability to use quantitative and qualitative data, analytics, external evidence, and stakeholder insight to inform decisions.
• Highly agile, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs with incomplete information.
• Operates in a highly networked, collaborative manner across functions and organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional transformations from identification to multi-year value realization.
• Design future-state operating models and implementation roadmaps for Medical Affairs.
• Draft executive-ready strategies and recommendations from a blank page.
• Drive adoption, capability building, and stakeholder alignment across NOCCs and COEs.
• Translate complex information into concise executive narratives and impact summaries.
• Collaborate with NOCCs for strategic execution while maintaining coherence across functions.
