Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences or healthcare required.
• Advanced degree with organizational leadership, data and analytics, or related discipline preferred.
• 10+ years cross-enterprise experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare roles including strategy, transformation, or capability leadership.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional transformations from opportunity identification to value realization.
• Design future-state operating models, decision rights, and capability architectures.
• Draft high-quality strategies, roadmaps, and executive recommendations from a blank page.
• Establish hypotheses, stage gates, dependencies, and risk boundaries to accelerate progress.
