Novartis Group of Companies is seeking a Director, Medical Value & Enablement (MVE) in the US Medical Affairs domain. The role operates autonomously to identify opportunities, frame complex challenges, and develop executive-ready strategies from concept to measurable value realization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in business, life sciences, or healthcare.
10+ years of cross-enterprise experience in pharmaceuticals or healthcare with strategy, transformation or capability leadership preferred.

Responsabilités

Strategic Planning and Advisory: set strategic agenda with senior leaders and translate priorities into clear plans.
Transformation Leadership and Strategic Orchestration: lead cross-functional transformations and design future operating models.
Value Realization and Impact Measurement: define value hypotheses and build KPIs and dashboards.
AI Integration and Future-Focused Enablement: identify AI-enabled use cases and prototype AI-enabled workflows.
Change Leadership, Adoption, and Capability Building: develop adoption strategies and capability-building activities.
Executive Communications and Storytelling: draft executive-ready content and present strategic updates.
MST / COE Planning and NOCC Collaboration: lead strategic planning and coordinate with NOCCs for execution.
