Job summary

StandardAero in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Program Director for Component Repair Services to drive strategic and financial objectives for long-term customer accounts. The role focuses on program oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and growth initiatives within aerospace MRO.

You will manage contracts, optimize performance metrics, and lead high-stakes negotiations while maintaining executive-level customer relationships and safeguarding margins across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in aviation industry (OEM or MRO).
• 10+ years in customer-facing, business development, sales, strategy, or operations roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to validate U.S. Employment Authorization and U.S. Person Status.
• Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati, OH.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report program performance across delivery metrics and drive corrective action.
• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned OEM programs and long-term strategic accounts.
• Own contract execution and alignment; flag gaps and surface renewal risks.
• Lead negotiations on warranties, penalties, rotables, and AR resolution.
• Coordinate cross-functional program execution across operations, supply chain, engineering, and quality.
• Analyze and manage financial performance to drive margin expansion.
• Maintain Salesforce as the system of record and deliver executive reviews.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and performance.
• Drive business development and growth within assigned accounts.
