Job summary

StandardAero is seeking a Program Director for Component Repair Services in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on achieving strategic, operational, and financial objectives for key engine component MRO programs, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and long-term margin growth.

You will lead cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain, engineering and quality, while maintaining executive-level relationships with customers. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in aviation manufacturing or MRO.
• Ability to travel up to 25% (domestic and international).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report program performance across delivery metrics and costs.
• Serve as primary contact for OEM programs and strategic accounts; maintain relationships.
• Own contract execution and alignment; flag gaps between sold and delivered scope.
• Lead concessions negotiations on warranties, penalties, and terms.
• Coordinate cross-functional program execution across operations, supply chain, engineering, and quality.
• Analyze financial performance to drive long-term margin expansion.
