Job summary

StandardAero in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Program Director for Component Repair Services to lead strategic, operational and financial objectives for assigned accounts, including engine component MRO. You will drive cross-functional execution across operations, supply chain, engineering and quality to maximize margins and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include contract execution, scope and pricing validation, maintaining Salesforce records, and delivering weekly executive reviews.

Qualifications

10+ years in aviation (OEM or MRO).
10+ years in customer facing, business development, sales, strategy, or operations.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or equivalent.
Ability to validate U.S. Employment Authorization and U.S. Person Status.
Onsite in Cincinnati, OH.
Travel up to 25% (domestic & international).

Responsibilities

Monitor and report program performance across delivery metrics with dashboards.
Primary contact for assigned OEM programs and strategic accounts; maintain executive relationships.
Own contract execution; verify scope, pricing, and schedule; flag gaps.
Lead negotiations on warranties, penalties, and AR; coordinate contract terms.
Coordinate cross-functional program execution across operations, supply chain, engineering and quality.
Analyze and manage financial performance to drive margin expansion.
Maintain Salesforce as system of record; deliver weekly status reports and executive reviews.
Lead quarterly business reviews and customer program reviews; provide executive updates.
Lead growth initiatives, bid development, and account expansion with Sales.
