Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) seeks a Food Service Director to lead the dining program at a long-term care facility. You will ensure high quality, safety, and resident satisfaction while guiding a team and coordinating with clients.

The role requires an Associate’s degree in food service management, 2+ years of supervision experience, and relevant certifications; HCSG offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
• Two years of experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred.
• CDM certification preferred (or as required by state and county law).
• Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) within the first 14 days of employment
• Must obtain Food Service Manager (FSM) and LTC-FSM certifications within the first 60 days of employment.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the food service program at a single site, ensuring quality, safety, and customer service.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Train staff, perform quality control, and conduct in-service sessions; fill in roles as needed.
• Communicate directives from client managers, building occupants, and administrators to staff.
