Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Food Service Director to lead the dining program at a long-term care facility. You will ensure high food quality, inventory control, safety, and customer service in compliance with regulations and HCSG policies.

We seek strong leadership, two years of supervision experience, and the ability to train staff. This role includes benefits, career development, and opportunities for nationwide transfers.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in food service management or hospitality.
• Two years of quantity food production/service and supervision experience.
• CDM certification preferred; FPM and FSM/LTC-FSM within required timeframes.
• Must meet infection control and sanitation requirements; residency in service area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment.
• Conduct staff training and in-service sessions; perform roles as needed.
• Communicate directives from client managers and administration to staff.
• Ensure safe handling and report equipment needs or malfunctions promptly.
• Follow infection control and sanitary procedures; maintain a sanitary environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely task completion.
• Represent HCSG positively with supervisors, staff, residents and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
