Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Food Service Director to lead the dining program at a long-term care facility. You will oversee food quality, safety, inventory, and staff performance while aligning with client menus and regulatory requirements.

This role emphasizes training, record-keeping, and teamwork, with opportunities for professional growth and a comprehensive benefits package. The position offers a stable salary and benefits package through HCSG.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in food service management or hospitality required.
• Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM) within first 14 days of employment.
• Two years of quantity food production/service and personnel supervision experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the food service team to meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, food supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Conduct staff training and in-service sessions; perform roles of dietary aide, cook, and dishwasher as needed.
• Communicate directives from clients, building occupants, and administrators to staff effectively.
• Follow infection control and sanitary procedures to maintain a clean environment.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.
• Represent HCSG positively through professional interactions with supervisors, staff, residents, and guests.
