Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in digital transformation or IT modernization in federal or defense environments.
- Experience developing analyses, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
- Experience briefing senior stakeholders across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of DoD, DoD CIO, OSD organizations.
- Security clearance TS/SCI required.
- Bachelor's degree in appropriate field.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of digital transformation initiatives aligned to defense mission priorities.
- Analyze current-state environments and help define future-state roadmaps and modernization strategies.
- Partner with DoD and CIO leadership to align with enterprise objectives and policy directions.
- Develop strategic recommendations related to IT modernization, digital operations, and data-driven decisions.
- Support working groups, stakeholder sessions, and executive briefings.
