Job summary

Booz Allen is seeking a Digital Transformation Lead to guide clients through strategy, organization design, process improvement, and technology adoption to solve traditional business challenges with new digital solutions.

You will lead strategy teams to stand up new organizations, transform existing structures, and apply AI, cyber, automation, and other emerging technologies for Space Force and DoW programs. Strong program management and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design or stand‑up, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption
• 8+ years of experience with program management and business development for large‑scale DoW or federal government programs
• Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies
• Experience identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client delivery
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering

In this role, you’ll directly impact the Space Force and broader DoW acquisition organizations by leading strategy teams to stand‑up new organizations, transform existing organizations, and adopt cutting‑edge technologies, including AI/ML capabilities. You Have:

• 8+ years of experience with strategy and transformation capabilities, including organization design or stand‑up, strategic planning, process improvement, and technology adoption
• 8+ years of experience with program management and business development for large‑scale DoW or federal government programs
• Experience leading technology innovation or organizational transformation involving AI, cyber, automation, or emerging technologies
• Experience identifying, managing, and communicating dependencies, risks, blockers, and action items to support successful client delivery
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting U.S. Space Force or DoW acquisition programs
• Experience applying data management, data analysis, and data visualization
• Experience with AI/ML and cloud capabilities
• Experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead supporting IT programs or technical project delivery
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environment, including daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Experience coaching Agile teams on continuous improvement and Agile best practices
• Ability to manage projects from initiation through execution, devise and execute client deliverables, work independently, identify problems and devise analysis and solutions, communicate results to both technical and non‑technical audiences, and lead the accomplishments of client tasks from inception to completion
• Top Secret clearance
• PMI PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certifications
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or similar Agile Certification

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
