Collins Aerospace, part of RTX, is seeking a seasoned Program Manager for the Digital Technology Office. The role oversees a portfolio aligning strategic and functional units under one governance model, partnering with Collins DT Leaders and RTX Enterprise Services. Hybrid work with locations including Cedar Rapids, IA and other U.S.

sites. Ideal candidates have senior PM experience, ability to manage multi-million dollar programs, and strong communication across diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Required university degree and 8+ years of experience or advanced degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel 25% of the time; experience in infra and software development PM.
• Experience building and managing MS Project schedules (3+ years).
• Preferred: program management systems knowledge (Planview) and government/manufacturing context.

Responsabilités

• Ensure effective execution of projects in the portfolio with governance, scope, risk and financial oversight.
• Partner with Digital leaders for resource alignment and integrated schedules.
• Lead risk mitigation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications across teams.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and staff to deliver complex systems and services.
