Collins Aerospace in Sterling, Virginia, seeks a Program Engagement Lead (PEL) to own planning, estimation and execution for secured Program Work Environments within Collins DT. You will be the primary DT touchpoint, driving digital transformation and new capability adoption in a fast-paced, cross-functional matrix environment.

The role is hybrid, onsite in Sterling with up to 25% travel domestically. You will lead collaboration across DT, Facilities, Engineering and Security to ensure projects

Qualifications

• Requires University Degree with 8+ years exp or Advanced Degree with 5+ years exp.
• U.S. Citizenship and Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience managing digital technology projects incl. infrastructure and software development.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with DT, Facilities, Engineering, and Security through proposal processes to document requirements.
• Manage scope, cost, schedule and performance; prepare EAC and BOMs.
• Document scope changes across the DT development and PWEs lifecycle.
