Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, product management, design, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5–7 years of experience in a cross-functional digital product, UX, and engineering environment.
- Ability to clarify needs, align stakeholders, and shape work before delivery.
Responsibilities
- Shape digital experience initiatives across products and units with a product and customer focus.
- Improve intake, prioritization, and readiness before work enters design and development.
- Identify overlaps, gaps, dependencies, and shared opportunities across teams.
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, UI, Research, Engineering, and PM to align priorities.
- Influence roadmap discussions by linking product decisions to customer experience implications.
- Determine when shared patterns or centralized support are needed for consistency.
- Surface risks and sequencing issues early to aid planning and execution.
