The Karcher Group in Canton, Ohio is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to bridge strategy and execution within our client-focused team. You will collaborate with Digital Strategy Managers, Project Managers and Specialists to develop, implement and optimize campaigns that drive lead generation and e-commerce results.

Responsibilities include translating high-level strategy into actionable plans, guiding tactical execution, analyzing performance data, and presenting insights to clients.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on experience planning, launching and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic display and paid social platforms.
• 5 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
• Comfortable translating high-level strategy into actionable plans and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Digital Strategy Managers to build, execute, and refine client strategies across SEO, paid advertising, content marketing, automation and social.
• Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans and guide Specialists on tactical execution.
• Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategies and client recommendations.
• Serve as a day-to-day client contact for strategy-related discussions.
• Present performance insights and explain how proposed strategies connect to client goals.
• Help clients understand the why behind strategic decisions.
• Regularly review KPIs, campaign data and ROI to ensure client strategies remain effective and on target.
• Use analytics tools to prepare performance reports and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure timely execution of strategy deliverables.
• Partner with the creative team to ensure content, visuals and messaging are aligned with brand voice and objectives.
• Work closely with Specialists to ensure tactics are implemented accurately and on schedule.
• Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends and platforms.
• Recommend innovative approaches to enhance client results and agency capabilities.
