Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) in North Canton, OH, is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to support recruitment, business development, and corporate communications through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

You will create engaging content, manage social channels, analyze performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness. The role partners with Recruiting, Sales, and external agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 2-5 years of digital marketing, communications, social media marketing, recruitment marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience creating and managing business-focused social media content and campaigns.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and content development skills.
• Experience creating digital graphics using Canva.
• Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Ability to interpret marketing analytics and translate data into recommendations.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize digital marketing campaigns across recruiting and business development channels, including paid search, social media, display advertising, job boards, and email marketing.
• Analyze campaign performance, audience behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities that improve engagement, conversion, hiring outcomes, and marketing ROI.
• Create and manage compelling digital content, including social media posts, graphics, videos, employee stories, testimonials, blogs, and other brand-building communications.
• Manage corporate and recruiting social media channels, maintaining a content calendar and fostering audience engagement.
• Monitor online conversations and social engagement, escalating service, recruiting, or reputation-related concerns when appropriate.
• Support employer branding, employee advocacy, and corporate storytelling initiatives.
• Assist with website content, SEO optimization, lead generation, and CRM-based marketing initiatives.
• Produce dashboards, reports, and actionable insights that inform marketing and recruiting strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency and messaging across digital channels.
