Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of SSP America's digital channels.
• Build content calendars, timelines, publishing schedules.
• Create on-brand content: graphics, video, ads, SMS artwork.
• Manage photography and video for openings and events.
• Plan and track digital advertising across Google and social.
• Maintain the corporate website with quarterly reviews.
• Administer MarCom SharePoint site: governance and training.
• Create toolkits and templates for leaders and field teams.
• Monitor trends and feedback; escalate issues as needed.
• Track performance and prepare dashboards and insights.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up research and workflows.
