Job summary

Essity is seeking a Digital Marketing Automation Manager in the Charlotte/Philadelphia area to lead linked digital initiatives for assigned therapy brands. You will develop, execute, optimize, and measure multi-channel programs across websites, email, social, and marketing automation platforms.

Key focus includes website governance and SEO, email marketing and journeys, marketing automation like HubSpot/ClickDimensions, social media optimization, and analytics to drive performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience with demonstrated success leading integrated digital marketing campaigns.
• Proven expertise in website strategy, SEO, content optimization, and website governance, including partnership with agencies, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms and marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, ClickDimensions, and related campaign management tools.
• Experience developing and optimizing email marketing programs, customer journeys, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and lead nurturing campaigns.
