Responsibilities include leading client onboarding and optimization, delivering regular performance reports, and collaborating with internal specialists to hit KPIs while maintaining top-tier retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management or client success in a digital marketing setting.
• Experience with SEO and paid media campaigns.
• Proven ability to analyze performance reports and KPIs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for a diverse client portfolio from onboarding through optimization.
• Lead regular cadence calls, updates, and reporting sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to keep work on track and aligned with KPIs.
• Monitor data to surface actionable insights and growth opportunities.
• Educate clients on digital marketing concepts, translating metrics into business value.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and target retention and NPS goals.
• Ensure deadlines are met through strong organization and cross-team collaboration.
