Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health seeks a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of projects and subprograms, building strong client and vendor relationships to advance strategic initiatives.

The role focuses on problem-solving, market research, root cause analysis, and mentoring, with HR duties when needed. You will guide Project Managers and Team Leads, ensure budget alignment, and collaborate with senior leadership on digital health innovations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience above minimum qualification.
• 5 Years of Experience required as stated in qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manages pillar portfolio management (program and project management as dictated by business needs).
• Accountable for management, development, and mentorship of MCs assigned to pillar.
• Provide constructive feedback and assist with escalations and problem-solving.
• Drives long-term planning and pillar vision with VP oversight.
• Establishes pillar budget and tracks alignment with goals.
• Knowlege of interdependencies of healthcare landscape and portfolio influence.
• Conducts HR activities including interviews, supervision, evaluations, development, coaching, rewards, scheduling, leaves, policy administration.
• Partners with client teams towards identification of problems/opportunities from a Digital Innovation perspective.
• Establishes processes for team-based problem structuring.
• Maintains pulse on digital disruption/innovation in healthcare.
• Establishes external relationships with thought leaders in Digital Health.
• Provides advice for improvements meeting customer/digital health goals.
• Presents findings to leadership and teams.
• Uses interviews, surveys, and evaluations to arrive at hypotheses.
