Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Understanding of banking products, client sales and servicing.
• Experience delivering solutions across business, technology and risk in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery of world-class software solutions within time, scope, and budget.
• Monitors health of digital capabilities, defects, and performance metrics.
• Plans projects, sprints, and releases with program roadmap execution.
• Analyzes KPIs and ROI of products.
• Communicates effectively to stakeholders and builds cross-functional relationships.
• Collaborates with technology teams to coordinate dependencies and readiness.
• Aligns business, technology, operations, risk, and compliance on priorities.
