Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years without a degree.
• Experience developing digital strategies for public-facing digital platforms.
• Experience with SEO, metadata, taxonomy, IA, and content optimization.
• Experience analyzing user behavior and engagement data.
• Ability to translate complex findings into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and utilization of workforce resources.
• Evaluate content taxonomy, metadata, and search experiences to improve findability.
• Apply SEO best practices to improve discoverability across search engines.
• Conduct audience research and analyze user behavior and engagement trends.
• Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for digital products and outreach.
