Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is required.
• About eight years in analytics roles with SQL, Python or R, and DBT or similar tools.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook Insights.

Responsibilities

• Data management: Import and transform large datasets for accuracy across sources.
• Dashboard development: Build and maintain dashboards monitoring digital performance.
• Personalization initiatives: Use data to support website and email personalization.
• Optimization: Analyze website, email, and social data to improve search and content discovery via AI channels.
• Collaboration: Define KPIs & measurement plans with stakeholders and align reporting across teams.
• Reporting and insights: Deliver analytical reports with actionable recommendations.
• Present insights to stakeholders at all levels with data trends and results.
• Statistical analysis: Apply statistical methods to improve data quality and extract patterns.
• Education and training: Share analytics trends to enhance team knowledge of effective strategies.
• Benchmarking: Establish performance benchmarks for Pewenters websites and digital channels.
