Qualifications

• Generally, eight years of experience in analytics roles with SQL and Python or R.
• Expertise with DBT or similar data transformation tools.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Insights.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics across content, SEO, GEO, and email.
• Ability to explain complex findings to non-technical audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Data management across sources to ensure accuracy.
• Build and maintain dashboards monitoring digital performance.
• Support website and email personalization using data.
• Analyze website, email, and social data to optimize discovery and campaigns.
• Define KPIs and measurement plans; assist in A/B testing and reporting.
• Deliver analytical reports with actionable recommendations for content and engagement.
• Present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
• Apply statistical methods to improve data quality.
• Share analytics trends to enhance team knowledge.
• Establish performance benchmarks for Pew’s digital channels.
