Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Lead DevSecOps Engineer to drive the implementation and maturation of our unclassified engineering environment in support of a large-scale software development and modernization IDIQ program. This role defines the DevSecOps strategy across a diverse portfolio, accelerating modernization, standardization, and delivery for mission customers.

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience with US Citizenship required.
Must currently possess or be able to obtain Top Secret SCI + Polygraph clearance.
Experience leading DevSecOps in large software programs with modernization.

Responsibilities

Lead Unclassified Environment Implementation for multi-team software efforts.
Develop Strategic DevSecOps Vision and Roadmapping across the program.
Define code assessment framework and modernization approaches.
Design CI/CD pipelines and data pipelines with integrated security.
Standardize toolchains, reference architectures, and playbooks.
Collaborate with Lead Systems Engineer and Solutions Architect; provide technical leadership.
Ensure security, compliance, reliability and observability across delivery.
