Job summary

• Directs a comprehensive development program including major gifts and annual fund.
• Creates strategic plans aligned with school priorities and donor engagement.
• Leads fundraising thought leadership with the Dean and external partners.
• Manages a team of 3–4 direct reports and supports staff development.
• Oversees alumni relations and external relations initiatives.
