Qualifications

• Thorough working knowledge of fundraising, donor relations, and development concepts and practices.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with donors and colleagues.
• Ability to independently develop and implement donor identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Ability to analyze donor information to identify fundraising opportunities and strengthen the donor pipeline.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently manages a dynamic fundraising portfolio of $500,000-$1,000,000, comprising 120-200 leadership giving prospects.
• Conducts ~120 donor contacts annually through in-person, Zoom, and phone engagements.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward prospects to increase annual and special gift support.
• Collaborates with colleagues to expand membership in leadership giving programs (Deans Circle, 1903 Society) and supports fundraising initiatives.
• Organizes donor outreach, stewardship, and fundraising events to advance engagement.
