Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy and growth for Minds Matter Boston.
• Expand and steward diversified funder portfolio and multi-year funding.
• Activate the board’s fundraising capacity and oversee campaigns and events.
• Oversee donor communications and community voice in fundraising.
• Collaborate with Minds Matter National on joint initiatives and partnerships.
