Success requires strategic leadership and hands-on fundraising, including mobilizing Board members and partners to secure significant gifts and expand a sustainable fundraising

Responsibilities

• Translate BHN's strategic priorities into compelling fundable projects and opportunities.
• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive annual and multiyear fundraising strategies.
• Grow and diversify philanthropic revenue across individuals, foundations, corporate partnerships, and events.
• Set fundraising goals, revenue forecasts, and performance measures with accountability.
