Job summary

Our Minds Matter seeks a Development Manager to advance fundraising and communications. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, working closely with the Executive Director and Program Manager to tell our story and grow support for adolescent mental health initiatives.

The position requires 3+ years in nonprofit development, experience with CRM and donor stewardship, and strong written and verbal communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 3 years nonprofit development experience.
• Experience managing development operations, including CRM, budget monitoring, and gift processing.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update fundraising strategy with ED to meet organizational goals.
• Manage donor development and relations; cultivate major donors and grants.
• Oversee development operations including gift processing and CRM data integrity.
• Create grant opportunities and manage a grant calendar.
• Lead external communications and fundraising messaging in coordination with ED/Program Manager.
