Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and train five Regional Managers across maintenance, custodial services, and utilities.
• Oversee administration of contracts for FMCP and related services.
• Develop plans for preventive maintenance, energy initiatives, and sustainability.
• Produce monthly reports on facilities performance and compliance.
• Support capital planning and coordination with DCAMM for major projects.
• Represent FMCP in meetings and provide direction during Director absences.
