You will partner with four doctors on strategy, own KPIs like production, collections, scheduling, and expenses, and mentor the leaders emerging under you.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of dental office management experience.
• Leadership style focused on coaching and accountability.
• Comfort owning KPIs and financial performance.
• Ability to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping tasks.
• Familiar with practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or Denticon).
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front office and clinical support leads.
• Maintain patient flow, staffing, and daily systems across four providers.
• Own production, collections, scheduling optimization, and expenses.
• Serve as strategic right hand to four doctors and align goals.
• Set patient-first standards backed by technology and in-house services.
