Job summary

CURiO Brands is seeking a Sr. Demand & Inventory Planner to own in-stock performance across digital and retail channels, including DTC, Amazon, and retailers. The role serves as the quarterback for inventory, ensuring the right items are in the right place with minimal overstock.

You will forecast demand, lead S&OE and S&OP processes, and own the planning toolset (Slim4, SAP IBP, and ERP). Collaboration with commercial teams is essential to align demand with supply and financial expectations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive demand planning, supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management experience.
• Experience with an advanced planning system (Slim4, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9, or comparable) and an ERP environment.
• Advanced Excel capability; comfort building analysis and reporting from multiple data sources.
• Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional processes and hold peers accountable to a cadence without direct authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including the ability to build clear visuals and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the demand forecast across all channels to drive replenishment.
• Lead weekly S&OE cadence across digital and retail channels; surface exceptions and drive decisions.
• Own and lead monthly S&OP channel reviews with commercial partners.
• Build and maintain dashboards to visualize inventory health, forecast performance, and risk.
• Set stock targets, safety stock, and reorder parameters balancing service and working capital.
• Monitor stock levels and trigger timely replenishment across all nodes.
