Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. is seeking a Demand Planner to support production scheduling and MRP for the Engine Assembly manufacturing area within Gas Turbine products. The role interfaces with SAP to ensure materials are picked, confirmed, and staged for production.

You will collaborate across teams to optimize capacity, monitor demand, and drive on-time delivery. Proficiency in Excel and strong communication are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in scheduling or production control
Associate degree or equivalent experience; BS preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and decisive decision-making abilities
Team-oriented with ability to handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities

Develop and analyze production strategies and capacity plans
Manage SAP planning activities including MRP and reporting
Monitor demand and coordinate schedules, logistics, and planning
Collaborate with shop floor teams to ensure tool and material readiness
Resolve production bottlenecks and non-conformance through daily reviews
Generate performance metrics and reports; use Excel for data-driven decisions
