Aston Carter is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to partner with commercial, supply chain, and operations teams from its Auburn Hills, MI location. You will translate market insights into a forward-looking demand plan and drive growth with a data-driven approach.

You will own the rolling forecast, manage risks and opportunities, and lead cross-functional discussions in the S&OP process while coaching team members toward performance excellence.

Competenze

• 2+ years of demand planning experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience developing and managing demand forecasts that support business alignment.
• Ability to use data and analytics to influence decisions and outcomes.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with inventory/logistics exposure.
• Proven experience leading or developing others and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with clear, actionable insights.

• Own and refine the rolling demand forecast to support aligned decision-making.
• Identify demand risks and opportunities with scenario planning with commercial leaders.
• Translate strategy into demand assumptions and value-driven pipelines.
