• Own and refine the 12–18 month rolling demand forecast with documented assumptions.
• Identify and manage demand risks and opportunities with scenario planning.
• Challenge demand assumptions using market trends and share-of-wallet analysis.
• Translate strategy and objectives into actionable demand plans and pipelines.
• Support new business initiatives with robust demand insights.
• Align demand with capacity in collaboration with Supply Chain and Operations.
• Provide analytics highlighting gaps between plan and execution and drive corrective actions.
• Lead S&OP discussions and communicate risks and recommended actions to senior stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members to build organizational capability.
• Collaborate to align demand, capacity, and execution for data-driven decisions.
• Continuously integrate market, customer, and pricing insights into planning.
