L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Lead, SIOP Demand Planner to drive demand forecasting and integrated planning across Sales, Operations, and Finance.

This role resides in the Scheduling & Material Planning Center of Excellence at our Huntsville HQ. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with ERP/MRP experience and can translate market signals into actionable forecasts while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to meet production and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; 7+ years experience, or 13+ years if no degree.
• Graduate degree preferred with related experience considered acceptable.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred) and demand planning tools.
• Experience supporting SIOP/S&OP processes in manufacturing.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or other analytics/reporting tools.
• APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM or CSCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand forecasting and planning across short-, mid-, and long-range horizons.
• Support monthly SIOP cycle with cross-functional alignment and risk assessment.
• Partner with Sales, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance to develop consensus forecasts.
• Identify risks and opportunities related to capacity, inventory, and commitments.
• Analyze forecast performance and support scenario planning and corrective actions.
• Load and maintain forecasted demand in ERP systems and drive continuous improvement.
